From January to June, Sijin Intelligent successfully developed the SJBP-88S complex parts cold forming machine, SJBP-108S multi-link precision parts cold forming machine, SJBP-138L and SJBP(H)-168S precision intelligent cold heading forming equipment, among eight workstation series models, with multiple units already delivered to customers.

　　In September, Zibo Chengtou Machinery Co., Ltd. signed a purchase order for 23 sets of fifth-generation switched reluctance servo direct drive motor systems with Shandong Kehui Electric Power Automation Co., Ltd.

　　In October, Wuhan Xinweiqi Technology Co., Ltd. successfully developed a 4000-ton large-tonnage servo direct drive electric screw press, used for producing key components of advanced aero engines.

　　In October, the project "Research and Development of Key Technologies and Complete Equipment for Wide Stainless Steel Strip Hot Rolling" declared by China First Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. won the Special Prize of the "Mechanical Industry Science and Technology Award."

　　In October, the "THP11-3000B Liquid Forging Production Line" project completed by Tianjin Tianduan Press Co., Ltd. and other units won the Gold Award at the "2023 High-end Equipment Innovation Design Competition." This intelligent liquid and semi-solid forging hydraulic press production line uses advanced wheel forging technology, new materials, new processes, new equipment, and intelligent control technology to produce automotive aluminum alloy wheels. More than 10 units (sets) of products with the same technical performance but different specifications have been sold.

　　In November, two automatic forging production lines for key aluminum alloy chassis components of new energy vehicles, undertaken by the Forging Center of Beijing Electromechanical Research Institute, successfully passed customer acceptance and were officially put into production. To date, the institute has applied its independently developed high-end aluminum alloy precision forging complete technology for new energy vehicles to build more than 20 production lines worldwide, covering mainland China, Taiwan, Norway, and other regions, consistently providing high-quality aluminum alloy forgings for well-known domestic and international new energy vehicle companies such as BYD, NIO, Li Auto, Tesla, Audi, and BMW.

　　In November, Shandong Shengde Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. successfully developed a 4000-ton servo direct drive CNC screw press. The equipment is 9.5 meters high, weighs over 360 tons, and is equipped with a permanent magnet servo motor with a torque of 135,000 Nm, solving the core technical problems of the 4000-ton servo direct drive screw press. It can be widely used in aerospace, construction machinery, automotive parts, and other fields.

　　In December, Tianduan Company achieved another breakthrough in overseas orders by winning the bid for Magna's large-tonnage composite material press order. This is the first time Magna has chosen to purchase hydraulic press equipment from China.

　　In December, Tianduan Company successfully completed the installation and commissioning of the first 12000kN composite drive hot forming press automated production line provided to Stellantis Group's Slovak factory, achieving the first piece production. This marks that the production line is now capable of manufacturing, laying the foundation for the customer's next step of mass production.
