  In February, the trial production of intermediate forged parts was successfully completed. This flange tee intermediate part is mainly used in the petrochemical field, made of alloy steel, with a complex shape, three-way flanged, and a large main flange diameter. It needs to withstand high pressures from 105MPa to 140MPa, with strict requirements on various performance indicators, making multi-directional die forging quite challenging.

  In February, the first large forged part of the strong flow accelerator technology development project undertaken by Nuclear Power Tongchuang was completed. This forged part has a diameter of 6.5 meters and weighs over 200 tons, achieving one-time forging of a large forged part with special materials, extra-large size, and ultra-high quality requirements.

  In June, the performance inspection of the "Hualong One" improved pipe section forged part passed the evaluation. This pipe section forged part is the first domestic "Hualong One" improved structure, with the shape adding a DVI pipe design compared to previous "Hualong One" pipe section forged parts, significantly increasing manufacturing difficulty.

  In July, the 500MW-class impulse turbine runner center forged part developed successfully passed the tripartite joint inspection and was successfully delivered, marking the engineering application of purified steelmaking, profile forging of thick large disc-shaped parts, and coordinated control of forging process microstructure and morphology in the field of ultra-large martensitic stainless steel forgings for hydropower by Erzhong.

  In July, the world's first "Linglong One" reactor core module for Hainan Changjiang, manufactured by China First Heavy Industries, was completed, accepted, and shipped from Dalian Nuclear Power Petrochemical Co., Ltd. of First Heavy Group, marking a breakthrough in China's modular small reactor technology innovation and localization of major nuclear power equipment, placing the country among the world leaders.

  In August, the all-fiber integrated magnetic yoke ring forged product was successfully developed, adopting all-fiber streamline control, rotary forging plus membrane forging processes, achieving integrated forging and forming of the magnetic block and magnetic yoke ring, eliminating welding steps, saving materials and energy, improving production efficiency and product service life, which will help optimize and upgrade the technology of China's pumped storage industry.

  In September, the 500MW impulse turbine runner forged part set for the Zara Hydropower Station was successfully completed and delivered, marking a major breakthrough in the manufacturing technology of impulse hydropower turbine runner hubs and water bucket forged parts.

  In October, the first batch of 30 forged parts for steam generator electric tube bodies was put into production, with the total order quantity exceeding one hundred pieces.

  In October, the lower anvil seat and replacement ring for the 3500KJ hydraulic pile hammer were successfully delivered! These are the largest offshore forged products manufactured by China First Heavy Industries, with the replacement ring diameter of 8.88 meters and the lower anvil seat diameter of 7.68 meters.

  In November, the special crankshaft project for the Hongqi hydrogen energy engine was successfully developed. The project took only 30 days from development to sample delivery, adopting for the first time the simultaneous design and manufacturing of molds, greatly shortening the mold design and development cycle and eliminating the risk of defective products during debugging.

  In November, the 3037-ton super slurry bed forged-welded hydrogenation reactor was completed and shipped. The reactor weighs 3037 tons, is 70.7 meters long, has an outer diameter of 6.15 meters, and a wall thickness of 0.32 meters, setting a new world record for the manufacturing limits of forged-welded hydrogenation reactors.

  In December, the Zhangguan Expressway project applied a new steel bar axial cold extrusion connection process to the pier column steel bar construction. It effectively solved quality issues caused by the thread end of the rib-removed straight thread sleeve connection and poor flexural resistance caused by mismatched steel bar connection end faces. It also reduced labor and machinery costs and improved the quality of on-site steel bar connections.

  In December, a utility model patent for "A Free Forging Lower Anvil" was successfully applied for. It can accurately position the forging billet size, improve forging accuracy, reduce forging surplus, and save raw materials.
